He went further to say that just like traveling brings people together from all walks of life, so does sports and therefore its the obligation of the hotel to ensure all guest access meaningful and inspiring experiences in their stay at the hotels.

The hotel did not disclose the amount of the deal. Comparing figures with last year’s deal with Sheraton, NCAA championships were worth between $10-$12 million and $35 million for corporate. Marriot may have a fortune out of it. Marriot is under NASDAQ stock exchange with ticker code MAR.
