Windows 10 is considered as the best operating system version of Windows, thanks to a couple of its enhancements. It is also important to point out that Windows 10 has a Universal Windows Platform that is primarily compatible with phones, notebooks, 2-in-1s and desktops. Apart from all that, the recent appearance of the Cortana digital personal assistant is a clear indication that the newly improved security is at its best.
Apparently, Microsoft is among the many tech firms that will be showcasing some of its products in the one-day event, the Cyber Monday. In the gaming category, it will offer Xbox One S Console Bundle at the cost of $249. It will also have Microsoft Surface Pro 4 i5 256GB and Surface Pro Type Cover in the computer’s category, which will cost $999. All these offers will be alongside those of Apple, Amazon, Samsung, Best Buy and Dell among others.
But there is an unexplored area
Despite all the significant changes and improvements, there is still an area that remains untouched. Windows 10 has not quite made a mark in its user interface. According to Digital Trends, the user interface is just straightforward and underwhelming. Apparently, it is believed that Microsoft is in the loop about these deficiencies given that word has it that it is planning to progress the UI with Project Neon in the Redstone 3 update which is due in the early fall of 2017.
The upcoming update is gradually rolling out through the Windows Insider program. But despite all this, Windows 10’s user interface has been a prolongation of the Metro design concept. However, details of the new move are still very scarce even though some new designs are within the limelight with the overall goal of making the UI a solution and beautiful.

The relatively simple UI on Windows 10 is attractive to look at. However, refreshing it up will offer developers a better direction on how to make apps that are visually appealing. Neon could also incorporate some design concepts to bridge Windows Holographic. Meanwhile, as Redstone 3 shows up in 2017, Redstone 4 is expected to arrive in 2018.
