Michael S. Wexler, the Chairman and CEO of Argus Worldwide Corp. (OTCMKTS:VIDGD), announced that the firm’s voting common shares will begin trading on a post-reverse split basis. The firm’s stock, which trades on the OTC Markets, will continue to trade under the symbol ‘VIDGD’ for the subsequent 20 business days. Thereafter, the firm’s new ticker will be ‘ARGW.’
