Liberty One Lithium Corp. (OTCMKTS:LRTTF) an emerging exploration firm focused on the acquisition and development of superior lithium brine deposits, has engaged President Bradley Hoeppner as the Chief Executive Officer of the company, while Morgan Tincher will take the role of Chief Financial Officer, who previously served as Interim Finance Chief and Corporate Secretary. The company has also engaged John Davidson as an independent director. He has more than 10 years of experience in the mining segment in business development and commercial leadership.

This is the second time when Liberty One has announced changes in its management. Earlier in the year, the company engaged Bradley Hoeppner as a director of the firm to fill the place of Chris Cooper, who placed his resignation to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Hoeppner has extensive experience of 10 years working in the capital markets with numerous public firms. He has played a key role in the successful closing of financing for different companies. He has also been instrumental in re-structuring public firms and has served as a Director of King’s Bay Gold Corp.

Liberty One intends to aid a strategic policy that results in easy access to lithium, for a promising future for everyone. As it is known, lithium accounts for merely about 5% of the materials in car batteries and constitutes not more than 10% of their cost. However, it is a vital component of batteries that support cars, smartphones, laptops and many other power tools.

The demand for energy storage set is expected to rise as electricity becomes cleaner and vehicles become greener, Goldman Sachs had termed lithium as the new gasoline.

Liberty One initial prospect is based in Utah’s Paradox Basin, which is one of the historic sources of superior lithium-bearing oilfield brines. With financial leadership, solid business and experienced management, the company is all set to build its place in the lithium brine deposits market.
